John Hinson provides advisory services for industrial and office building sales across the US through the OnPace Capital Markets platform. His 16 years of experience have included roles as Vice President at CBRE and other leadership positions at boutique investment advisory firms.
Most recently Executive Vice President of Capital Real Estate Group, John joined the S-?Team in 2006 at Resource Real Estate Partners. He has a finance degree from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree from Georgia State University.
John’s areas of expertise span the spectrum of investment sales brokerage, acquisitions/dispositions, and appraisal. He has participated in transactions totaling over $6B and counting.
