John P. Howard joined Colliers in 2021 as a director. John P. Howard joined MHP Real Estate Services in 2007 and served as a Managing Director that specialized in representing both tenants and landlords throughout Manhattan.
Mr. Howard has represented clients from a wide array of industries including Marriott Ownership Resorts, Inc., ByDesign LLC; Jones Jeanswear Group; Just One; Breaking Waves; Jay Suites; David Peyser Sportswear; Wade Clark Mulcahy and the Hawthorne Country Day School.
