John P. Iglehart's long, continuously active commercial real estate career path with high-quality Commercial Real Estate companies led him to GHCP in 2017. Equipped with a degree in Economics and apprentice experience in rental properties as a youth, John kicked off his professional CRE career in 1972 by joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Company where he participated in their highly respected six-month training program. The training sessions were conducted by several of the country's leading CRE service-oriented brokers. John's brokerage experience also includes site selection for developers.
