John was raised and currently lives in Jersey City. John is a product of the public school system. He went to (McNair) Academic High School which was rated the best high school in NJ and the sixth in the US at the time he was a senior. The oldest of three siblings, he attended Montclair State University and graduated with a B.S. in Math as well as a B.S. in Computer Science. While moving up and down the East Coast over a period of several years, he's worked in multiple industries {defense, supply-chain management, real estate, insurance} in various roles {accounting, IT, finance, sales}. He also possesses an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Villanova University.
John Khellah is currently the broker of record for Azimuth Real Estate in Jersey City and an instructor at the Azimuth Real Estate Academy. John's been licensed as an agent since May 2012 and is currently a commercial practitioner specializing in multifamily investment property when he's not leading his team or instructing.
