John Kincaid is a Vice President Industrial Broker for JLL in Charlotte. As a Broker, John earns new business through in-person contacts, cold-calling, networking events, and more. John is focused on sourcing land opportunities for developers along with managing agency/landlord representation of leasing and sales.
John graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science and Clemson University with his Master of Real Estate Development two years later. Before joining the Lee & Associates Charleston team, John was previously employed by Noell Consulting Group. John has previously held the roles of Commercial Real Estate Development Analyst, Director of Business Development, and VP of Real Estate Development. John brings to Lee & Associates Charleston his extensive multi-market experience, stemming from his work all over the country with multifamily developments, office spaces, retail development, and market analysis. John has represented numerous buyers and clients throughout the South East.
In his free time, John enjoys golfing, boating, and bowling.
