Ioannis N. Kourtis is the founder and President at INK Real Estate Partners based out of New York City’s downtown Financial District. John has been an active member of New York City’s real estate community since 2002 and specializing in commercial real estate in New York City since 2006.
John has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience and specializes in office and retail leasing, representing both landlords and tenants. He has personally been involved in over $200 million in transactions throughout his career.
