Bio
John is a co-founder of EXR. As executive director, John works closely with EXR's management team to execute strategic objectives and improve the company's services. He is the architect of EXR's technology stack, including the company's leasing platform, which provides listings management, ML-powered data and research systems, transactions, payments, and marketing solutions for tenants, landlords, and real estate agents.
John is originally from Boca Raton, Florida, and grew up in Mountain Lakes, New Jersey. He attended New York University and received a bachelor of arts in economic relativism, a custom major combining economics, sociology, psychology. Outside of EXR, John is a director and co-founder at Borderless Antigua, a charity that supports Antigua's youth through educational opportunities.
