Mr. Litz joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 1981 after 11 years with Equitable Real Estate. He is involved in leasing, sales and development of commercial property. He is a recipient of the Gold Award for Sales/Leasing Achievement presented by the Commercial Real Estate Council of Hampton Roads. Mr. Litz' previous experience is in appraisal, acquisition and asset management with Equitable Real Estate.
