John LoBello has been passionate about and involved in various facets of real estate for over 30 years. As a seasoned investor, and owner of numerous primary residences and income properties, he is intimately familiar with the purchase, renovation and sale processes, which are typically laden with strong emotional attachments and financial implications.
John's expertise in the real estate market, deal negotiating, construction and property management give his real estate clients a distinct advantage in achieving success and optimal value. Always intrigued by real estate, John has owned property in Manhattan as well as Rockland and Orange County, NY. After a successful career as an electrical engineer and computer consultant, he decided to impart his exceptional knowledge and customer service skills as a dedicated
residential agent.

Originally from the Bronx, John earned a Mathematics degree at Fordham University then studied Electrical Engineering at Columbia. He previously worked for large computer companies before establishing a technology firm specialized in Apple-based consulting and technology support. Currently residing in Chelsea with his family, John has called downtown Manhattan home for many years. When not selling, and managing real estate, tinkering with technology or keeping busy with his kids' activities, he enjoys windsurfing and outdoor activities.
