John Manganello is Principal Broker/Owner of Conley Real Estate, LLC, a full-service brokerage. Established in 2010 as a real estate investment and development company, and property management firm, Conley Real Estate now has expanded into a full-service brokerage. Conley Real Estate specializes in land, commercial, as well as residential sales. Conley Real Estate specializes in land, commercial, as well as residential sales.
As President of Land Development Consultants, Inc, he directs a team of engineers, technicians, and surveyors, including preparation of site plans and subdivisions, feasibility studies and land planning layouts, for public and private projects throughout the Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. area.
Mr. Manganello has over 25 years of comprehensive experience and expertise in all aspects of commercial, institutional and residential real estate and has completed hundreds of sale and lease transactions. He also owns and manages commercial and residential properties.
Mr. Manganello is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia and Maryland; and Managing Broker for Conley Real Estate, LLC.
