John McLellan, a Marin County native, started his real estate career in 2009 at Colliers International in the San Francisco Peninsula office. In April 2020, John was recruited by Kidder Mathews and joined the Redwood City office. In addition to John, the Redwood City team features his partners, Brett Weber and Steve Divney. Their team has over 60 years of combined commercial real estate experience and has completed over 300 sales and lease transactions with a total value in excess of $1 billion.
What sets John apart from other agents is his ability to connect with people on a personal level. He listens to his clients, identifies their goals and objectives, and provides the best real estate solution. By representing the interests of both landlords and tenants, John truly understands what is important to both sides of a real estate transaction and uses this information to create unmatched leverage for his clients.

Outside of the office, John enjoys trips to Napa, golf, and spending time with his family at Lake Tahoe.
