With over two decades in the real estate industry, Mr. Monteleone has amassed extensive experience in acquisitions, dispositions, site selection, development, marketing, lease negotiations, property management, and portfolio management of commercial real estate with a primary focus in the retail, office, and multifamily sectors.
Driven by his experience and intense desire to learn more about the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Monteleone earned the prestigious CCIM designation in a remarkable 16 months. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member, he demonstrates proficiency in financial, market and investment analysis.

Mr. Monteleone and his wife, Pamela, have three children. He has served on the board of directors for the Lafayette Science Museum Foundation, Acadiana Youth Children’s Shelters, Episcopal School of Acadiana, and currently Foster the Love Louisiana. He and his family have a passion for helping less fortunate children in their community and have opened their home to foster children since 2017.
