John Moutsanas is a Senior Vice President, focused on new opportunities via his business development efforts throughout California.
John is responsible for growing the acquisitions platform in existing and new markets working with -brokers and vendors alike to align Meridian’s interest for the future.
Prior to joining the company in 2006, John was a broker at Newmark Knight Frank (Cornish & Carey) in the Silicon Valley focusing on general office and tenant rep.
John began his career with Springstreet.com (an online real estate marketing platform) in 1998 as a regional account sales manager in California.
John received a Bachelor’s degree in Law & Society from The University of California at Santa Barbara.
