John Moy started his real estate career with AAFE Management Co. in Lower Manhattan as property manager from 1992 to 1997. Then he got his broker license and began his own company named as EZ Real Estate. As daily business, he continues to manage properties, rent out vacancies, and real estate sales. In the year of 2004, he joined Green City Realty, which is a community based, 20+ years history real estate company in Chinatown/Lower Manhattan area as associate broker, overseeing the real estate department until present time.
