Bio
Mr. Nahas serves as Rexford Industrial’s Managing Director of Operations. In this capacity, he oversees the firm’s operational departments of asset management, development & construction, leasing and property management, and also leads investments. He will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer in April 2026. His extensive real estate background spans multiple product types encompassing transactions, asset management, development and strategy. Prior to joining Rexford in 2023, Mr. Nahas served as President of CenterCal Properties, where he managed business operations across one of the company’s three core regions. Previously, he directed regional investments for Southern California at Regency Centers (NASDAQ: REG). Mr. Nahas is a licensed commercial broker and active member of NAIOP and IAMC.
