Bio
Mr. Nahas brings over two decades of real estate investment expertise to his role as Managing Director, Asset Management. In addition to overseeing the operational departments of leasing, property operations and development and construction, Mr. Nahas leads the asset management function of Rexford, which includes customer solutions. His extensive real estate background spans multiple product types encompassing transactions, asset management, development and strategy. Prior to joining Rexford in 2023, Mr. Nahas served as President of CenterCal Properties, where he managed business operations across one of the company’s three core regions. Previously, he directed regional investments for Southern California at Regency Centers. He is a licensed commercial broker and active member of NAIOP.
