Bio
John Nahas has served as Rexford Industrial’s Chief Operating Officer since April 2026. Nahas previously held the position of Managing Director of Operations and Asset Management at Rexford since July 2023. Prior to joining Rexford, Nahas served as President of CenterCal Properties from 2020 to 2022, where he managed business operations across one of the company’s three core regions. Previously, he served as Vice President of Investments, directing regional investments in Southern California at Regency Centers (NASDAQ: REG), a publicly traded retail REIT, from 2016 to 2020. Nahas brings 22 years of real estate experience across multiple product types encompassing transactions, asset management, development and strategy.
