John Naiser serves as Vice President of Operations and Commercial Real Estate and Principal at Denton Floyd Real Estate Group, a vertically integrated real estate development, construction, investment, and property management firm headquartered in Jeffersonville, Indiana. He joined the Denton Floyd team in 2021, bringing more than 25 years of experience across multiple facets of the commercial real estate industry. In his current role, Naiser is responsible for operational leadership across Denton Floyd’s platform while also overseeing commercial real estate activities, including development support, financial analysis, brokerage coordination, and portfolio strategy across both commercial and multifamily assets.
Naiser’s career spans development, financial analysis, brokerage, and property management, with experience serving a broad range of clients—from individual investors to Fortune 100 companies. Prior to joining Denton Floyd, he held senior and leadership roles at well-established organizations including CBRE, where he served as a Vice President, as well as Horizon Commercial Realty, where he was a Broker Associate and Managing Partner. He also brings operational experience from Alltrade Property Management, further strengthening his ability to bridge commercial real estate strategy with day-to-day operational execution. This diverse background allows Naiser to contribute both analytically and operationally to Denton Floyd’s growth and asset performance initiatives.
A Louisville native, Naiser has deep local market knowledge paired with experience in regional and national real estate transactions. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Bellarmine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Louisville. His leadership approach emphasizes disciplined underwriting, strategic planning, and operational alignment across departments, supporting Denton Floyd’s vertically integrated model. As a Principal, Naiser plays a key role in aligning commercial real estate strategy with operational objectives, contributing to the firm’s continued expansion and performance across its diversified real estate portfolio.
