John is a specialist in many of Rochester's most desirable areas and sub-divisions. John passion is rural areas near his hometown of Lanesboro. He enjoys meeting with buyers, sellers, and farm land owners all around Fillmore, Houston, and Winona County. John exhibits an intense knowledge of real estate trends, marketing and advertising, existing residential homes, new construction, vacant land, farm land, and commercial properties.
John is active in the Rochester community and gives his time to a variety of charities. John has lived in the Southeast Minnesota area for over thirty-five years and the Twin Cities suburbs of Lakeville and Shakopee area for fifteen years. He is a Veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in the Gulf War (Bahrain) and is a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion.
