In addition to his leadership at The Pacific Companies, John is the President and Founder of LIHTC Advisors, LLC, a firm focused on the acquisition, disposition, and consulting of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) assets nationwide. His career spans over two decades in real estate and finance, including previous roles at Marcus & Millichap and Fisher Scientific.
