I had been a commercial agent for 12 years in Georgia and Montana for 12 years: Prudential Commercial Real Estate –Atlanta, Georgia Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty – Atlanta, Georgia NAI Commercial Realty – Montana My focus was to locate and facilitate the acquisition and sell of commercial properties and businesses under10 million dollars. I have created, implemented, and managed sales & leasing contracts for various businesses and properties. I am well versed in retail, land and business development, medical and office buildings. In 2009/2010 became well versed in handling and disposing of bankruptcies, foreclosures and short sales, while working for Coldwell Banker Commercial.

I have had multiple careers including: small business owner, mid / upper management positions with national corporations and I am a retired Doctor of Chiropractic medical.
