John’s expertise covers all levels of the capital stack, from senior and mezzanine debt to preferred equity and financing strategies.
In addition to his leadership at RCL Development, John is the CEO and Founder of Stay Dry Roofing, a construction company specializing in multifamily and residential exteriors, recognized for its rapid growth and industry excellence. He has also owned an import firm focused on sourcing high-quality kitchen and bath materials for contractors and developers.
Previously, John served as Managing Director and first employee of a commercial real estate investment firm, where he played a pivotal role in building the company’s platform, serving on the investment committee, and overseeing capital investments.
