Bio
John has been developing and managing commercial real estate in the Puget Sound for over 40 years. Prior to Pietromonaco Properties, John spent 29 years with Hill-Raaum-Pietromonaco (HRP Properties), developing over 4,000,000 square feet of mainly industrial projects and building a 6,000,000 square foot portfolio in Western Washington. John continues to negotiate lease extensions, new major leases and purchases of additional buildings. Outside of work, John spends time with his family, is an avid bike rider and climber, volunteers many hours to local organizations, and is a long time member of NAIOP. John graduated from the University of Washington with degrees in Chemistry and Math.
