Bio
John serves as a Senior Managing Director within the Capital Markets Group at JLL and leads the industrial investment sales team covering Pennsylvania, Delaware and Southern / Central New Jersey. With nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, John and his team are committed to providing best-in-class disposition services to institutional and private investors, REIT’s, financial institutions, and developers along with advisory and consultative work for corporate clients. John is a member of JLL’s national industrial council. Prior to joining JLL, John served as an Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Over the course of his career, John has been involved in nearly 40 million square feet of transactions valued in excess of $4.0 Billion for a variety of clients.
