Mr. Pope is the founder and President of Pope Corporation. He determines the overall vision and leads the team at Pope Corporation. Mr. Pope is passionate about transforming the commercial real estate industry by combining a software and consulting company.
Mr. Pope was previously with HWH Group, a site selection, incentives and New Market Tax Credit consulting company. He was also the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Rubicon Representation, a tenant representation firm, which grew from two employees to the fifth largest tenant representation only firm in Texas. Prior to founding Rubicon, Mr. Pope worked at Stream Realty Partners where he closed three of the top ten largest tenant representation transactions in the 15 year history of the company. Mr. Pope has been honored with industry wide awards such as the Power Broker Award, Heavy Hitters Award and was honored as a finalist for the DBJ's Most Creative Deal of the Year Award. John graduated from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University where he placed linebacker on the Mustang's football team. He is a resident of West University Place, Texas. He is married to Ashley Pope and they have a son, Parker, and a daughter, Allie.
