For John commercial real estate is about helping his clients make strategic, informed and valueenhancing decisions regarding their office assets. John systematically advocates on their behalf. As their advisor, he guides them through the full cycle of the leasing process and holistically understands the decision-making process of tenants which empowers him to achieve the best possible terms. His extensive market knowledge and comprehensive network of tenant brokers, who trust and know him, allow him to best serve his clients and their customers. As a senior member of JLL’s Agency Leasing group, John focuses on the sustained growth of the firm’s agency and project leasing business line throughout the Houston area.
John has 41 years of commercial real estate experience representing landlords across Houston. Before joining JLL in 2015, John was the Executive Managing Director and Co-Leader of the Agency Leasing group at DTZ. Prior to DTZ, John was an office leasing broker at CBRE for 28 years. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered exceptional service to his clients, closing 4,500 office lease transactions with an aggregate value of more than $4.5 billion on their behalf.
