John Robbins started Carpenter/Robbins Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in 1998. Prior to that, he held management positions with Cushman & Wakefield, Norris, Beggs & Simpson, Lincoln Property Company, Town Center East, and as both manager and salesman for CB Richard Ellis. John has personally leased, sold or developed millions of square feet of commercial properties in multiple states, He supervised property management, mortgage banking, appraisal groups, and leasing teams. He has also developed over 1,000,000 square feet of office and industrial properties, multiple custom homes, and several hundred acres of land. . Carpenter Robbins represents GSA and VA under National Broker Contracts.in 28 States.
