John Secco, founder and owner of Allegra Delevopment formed the company in 1995 with his father, Oscar Secco. John and his father had a vision to develop industrial, commercial and retail property in southeastern Michigan. Since forming the company John has been actively involved in the day-to-day operations and all aspects of the development process. He takes a hands-on role in site selection, feasibility studies, budgeting, site plans, engineering and construction approval, and the entire construction process from foundations to the final finishes through the final completion and certificate of occupancy.
