John formed TJSC in 2014 after nine years with a suburban Chicago real estate development company and six years working for the leading oil service company in the southern United States and in Asia. He has been involved in the acquisition, repositioning, management, leasing and disposition of over 100,000 square feet of industrial, office and healthcare properties. John has an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Marquette University and an MBA from University of Chicago.
