John Shaffer has worked as a real estate advisor for CBRE since 2018. He specializes in retail leasing and sales.
Prior to working in Brokerage, John spent four years in the CBRE research department, where he was responsible for providing market research and analysis of the Silicon Valley commercial property market. This included the creation of quarterly market reports and the analysis of market and economic trends by the management of listings and transactions through CBRE’s extensive database.
John attended San Jose State University, where he lettered four years as a member of the spartan baseball team from 2006-2009.
