Bio
As a graduate from the University of California Berkeley, John is originally from the Bay Area where he brokered several successful Real Estate firms before moving to Redding in 2007. He and his family enjoy the wonderful attributes of the north state including boating on Shasta Lake, fishing the Sacramento, exploring Turtle Bay Museum and of course tasting their way through local breweries.
As Broker and CEO of Properties by Merit, John has successfully combined his expertise in Commercial Real Estate with his large Bay Area client base. John has also partnered with an associate in the Bay Area in order to extend his influence creating a unique team with an impressive global reach.
John is a cooperative Broker, continually working with other agents to find the best fit for his clients. He has expertise representing both buyers and sellers in commercial, industrial and land sales.
