Active licensed since 2009, worked in the office my entire life. Born and raised in the industry being 3rd generation real estate agent. Prior work experience construction, arborist, independent contractor, and investment property owner. Previously served on the NEIA Board of Realtors, local city Planning & Zoning, city Board of Adjustment, and the Iowa Real Estate Commission.
There are many self proclaimed "specialists" or "local experts" but anyone can make misleading claims. Always do your due diligence when choosing a real estate agent. Specialty properties require a properly trained and experienced agent to represent those properties properly.
