John Tablack joined Tenant Guardian as a Principal in October of 2015. John is recognized as a leader in the field of tenant and buyer representation. He has been exclusively representing small, medium and large corporate users on a local, regional and national level since 1987. His leadership and experience enable him to provide strategic direction to each project and ensure the desired outcome is achieved for each client. He serves as the focal point for each assignment, managing key personnel and maximizing leverage in order to achieve measurable savings while mitigating risk in areas of complex lease and building purchase negotiations. His broad based experience includes strategic planning, extensive market knowledge and sophisticated financial analysis.
Prior to joining Tenant Guardian, Mr. Tablack served as Senior Vice President at Cresa Orange County. He has also owned his own firm, JT Real Estate, Ltd., a boutique tenant & buyer brokerage firm in Northeast Ohio. Prior to his brokerage career he was a Strategic Financial Analyst for a major real estate developer. Mr. Tablack currently resides in Newport Beach, CA. His personal interests include swimming, weight training, cycling and reading. Mr. Tablack graduated from Bowling Green State University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Accounting.
