John Tally has been practicing commercial real estate in the Birmingham market since 2012. He has recently started his own company in January of 2025. His primary focus is selling and leasing buildings in Downtown Birmingham, historic redevelopment, investment sales, and sourcing 1031 exchange opportunities. John has been involved in numerous notable transactions throughout his career and is a three time nominee for the Birmingham Business Journal Commercial Real Estate Deal of the Year, most recently in 2023.
