Since 1979 Mr. Van Zonneveld has served his clients in the discipline of office and flex transactions (sales and leasing). His area of expertise is in the southwest suburban marketplace.
Upon joining Macadam Forbes in 1983, Mr. Van Zonneveld helped establish the office leasing and sales department for the company. He has been instrumental in acquiring major listings and consummating numerous transactions in this area.
