John Vandenbark is a Managing Director of Agency Leasing on the Investor Services
team and co-leads the market leading JLL Indianapolis Office Agency Leasing team
that is responsible for over 16.5 million square feet of projects in both the suburban
and CBD office markets. John’s market knowledge and ability to predict,
understand and utilize market trends allow him to consistently exceed client
expectations. His success with high-profile leases and large deal experience have
gained John the reputation as one of the most respected brokers in Indianapolis.
Prior to joining JLL, John was Senior Vice President of CBRE’s Indianapolis Office
Leasing Group where he specialized in Landlord and Tenant representation for the
leasing and sale of office properties in the Indianapolis market. John and his team
consistently rank first in the office for annual number of transactions by closing over
100 deals per year for the past five years. During his time with CBRE, John was
involved in over 1,800 transactions valued at over $1.7 Billion dollars. On multiple
occasions John was named as one of the Top Five Producers for the
CBRE Indianapolis office
