John has over 25 years experience in the commercial property sector, having worked on projects across England and Wales. John’s experience includes the acquisition and disposal of office and industrial accommodation on behalf of both landlords and tenants, as well as lease advisory, plus landlord & tenant work. John’s experience also includes provision of investment and development advice on existing, new build and refurbishment opportunities. The provision of strategic advice to large corporate occupiers is one of John’s core activities. John graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in Estate Management from Greenwich University and was elected to the RICS in 1991.
