Bio
John began his retail career as an assistant buyer in Chicago for Sears Roebuck & Co. After various marketing and merchandising positions John decided to utilize his background to strategically place retail tenants in most desirable locations in malls, strip centers and store fronts. His knowledge of demographic modeling and consumer behavior have been key to his clients’ success.
Since 1991, John has focused his efforts on developing relationships in the southern New York marketplace. John has completed transactions with a wide array of retailers including Walgreens, CVS, PC Richards, Ford Motor Company, Family Dollar, KFC/Pizza Hut, Aaron Rents and STS Tire & Auto Centers.
John has a BS in Business Administration from Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY and is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York. He lives in Pelham Manor with his wife and two daughters.
