John Williams serves as a managing director for SVN/True Real Estate Partners., specializing in the sale of office, retail and multifamily properties in Marin County, California. With more than 40 years commercial real estate experience, Williams has secured in excess of 500 transactions.
Prior to joining SVN, Williams served as owner and broker of Delta Group Realty, Inc. Since founding Delta Group Realty in 1981, he has secured leasing and sales transactions for multifamily, office, industrial, hospitality, land, and retail properties. Furthermore, Williams has developed office and residential properties and served as a general partner in investment partnerships.
A 41 year resident of Novato, California, Williams received his bachelor’s degree in Business from High Point University in North Carolina. He is active in the community, serving as a member of the commercial and investment committee for the Marin Association of Realtors, chairman of the Novato Economic Development Commission and president of the Novato Chamber of Commerce.
