Bio
John Worrell joined JLL as a Vice President in 2018. His role includes both agency leasing for office owners in Central Florida, along with tenant and owner occupant representation. With his background as a credit analyst at a Fortune 500 financial institution, he places a focus on understanding his client’s needs and providing them with the information and tools necessary to make informed decisions confidently.
With over 15 years of experience in the Central Florida commercial real estate industry, John began his career with a Florida based mortgage banking firm where he was involved with structuring and securing complex real estate financing transactions across all asset types. He later joined TD Bank as a commercial real estate analyst before being promoted to lender. John carried this lending background with him to the brokerage industry when he joined Cite Partners in 2015 as a Director on the Central Florida Office Team, before ultimately becoming a principal in the firm.
