As Managing Director of Asset Strategy for Steerpoint Capital, Jon draws from nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience, primarily serving in asset and portfolio management roles. Jon has been responsible for overseeing the development and execution of strategies for open air shopping centers, enclosed malls, and redevelopment opportunities across various investment structures.
Prior to joining Steerpoint, Jon's career began in asset and investment strategy at Brixmor Property Group (BRX) in multiple portfolio and asset management roles. While the company made the transition through an IPO to operating as a public company, Callegari oversaw various shopping center portfolios valued over $4 Billion.
Jon then spent time at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) and DLC Management Corporation with their respective asset management groups after working in retail brokerage covering New York City.
Jon holds a BS in Finance degree from Boston University.
