Jon Carona enjoyed a 28 year law enforcement career and honorably retired in March 2017, in order to return full time to the real estate career he started in 1986. Jon opened Advantage Real Estate in 2007 and has worked tirelessly and thus far successfully in building a thriving local real estate company.
