As Listing Specialist for The Realty-Smokies Team, Jon Dempersmier holds the Pricing Strategy Advisor certification, with specialized training in property evaluation, pricing, and marketing. He has also earned the prestigious GRI® designation, which requires in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process.

Jon is a native of Indiana who moved to the Smokies in 1998 and became a REALTOR® in 2002. Outside of work Jon enjoys spending time with his family and boating, traveling, homebrewing, and playing music – he is considered one of the finest banjo pickers in Sevier County real estate!
