Bio
With over nine years in the commercial real estate industry, Jon Engle joined
Kidder Mathews in 2016, with a focus on the life science, tech and healthcare real estate solutions. His unique background in real estate offers his clients expertise in construction management, development, lease and sale negotiations, financial analysis, strategic planning, market analysis, and real estate economics. Jon was formerly a member of the Occupier Service Group at CBRE and a project engineer for the Westfield Corporation.
Jon attended Point Loma Nazarene University where he majored in business
administration with a concentration in entrepreneurial finance. He has transitioned from Kidder Mathews to Newmark as of February 2024.
