A 17-year veteran of the industry, Jon advises his clients on the full lifecycle of real estate acquisition and occupancy, guiding them through market analysis, site selection, build-to-suit improvements, property management, exit strategy and more.
Jon’s real estate practice has equipped him with countless hours of experience and knowledge of lease transaction negotiations with junior box retailers and small shop tenants alike. Throughout his career, he has gained detailed experience in retrofitting property for restaurant use, including the placement of exhaust chases and hood systems and electrical and plumbing for kitchens, bars, and bathrooms.
Jon has extensive experience walking with landlords and tenants through retail property development, for both build-to-suit and acquisition and redevelopment.
Currently, Jon’s primary focus has him guiding sophisticated site selection for national chains expanding aggressively throughout Indiana; high-growth tech companies seeking headquarter acquisition/development; globally recognized not for profits identifying legacy headquarters locations, and more.
