Jon Wittemyer specializes in the representation of commercial real estate interests. With extensive experience in tenant representation, sales, and agency work, Jon has a strong working knowledge of all facets of commercial real estate. For the past 15 years Jon has exclusively represented occupiers, multi-market, and international clients. Jon has been involved in more than 1,200 lease and sale transactions totaling more than 20 million square feet. In the past 36 months alone, Jon has represented clients on transactions for more than 3 million square feet with a transactional value exceeding $2 billion.
Jon strives to provide clients with insight and perspective on current dynamics in order to help facilitate prudent long-term real estate decisions.
Jon represents tenants on both individual transactions and from an account based perspective. Current accounts include the University of California - San Francisco, Yelp, Glassdoor, Asana, and Bank of the West.
