Jonathan Bedford joined Crescent Communities in 2016 and currently serves as Director of Development for Multifamily in Georgia. Jonathan is responsible for project development execution through disposition of various regional projects. Jonathan previously held the positions of Development Manager, Director of Construction, Senior Construction Manager, and Construction Manager at Crescent Communities.
Prior to Crescent Communities, Jonathan was a project manager at DPR Construction where he managed large commercial multifamily/hospitality projects.
Jonathan is a member of ULI.
Jonathan earned a Master of Science in Building Construction and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
