Bio
Jonathan has over 30 years’ experience in the commercial property industry, starting out and qualifying with Edward Erdman then joining Anthony Lipton and later Brian Cooper & Co, before moving client-side to work for the Local Authorities Mutual Investment Trust (LAMIT). He then moved to Cluttons staying for 12 years and becoming a partner in their investment team, heading up investment sales. He joined Stephen in 1999.
He acts for clients including Luton Borough Council, Grainmarket Asset Management, Corob Holdings and Kier Property as well as a number of institutions, property companies and private clients.
He also provides a consultancy service to non-property clients needing external but retained property advice/’hand holding’.
