Jonathan Bowden oversees more than 3 million square feet of retail and mixed-use properties across the Southeast. A multifaceted and results-driven real estate professional, he specializes in the deal-making, leasing, and disposition of retail, office, and medical properties. Jonathan is highly skilled at delivering strategic, value-driven real estate solutions for a diverse range of clients, developers, and national retailers.
Over his career, Jonathan has executed hundreds of transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars in value, completing deals with leading national brands including Kroger, Sprouts Farmers Market, Food Lion, CVS, AutoZone, Tractor Supply, Planet Fitness, and many others. His expertise spans market analysis, tenant negotiations, and portfolio optimization, always with the ultimate goal of adding significant value to every property assignment he handles. Jonathan has been a CoStar Power Broker recipient nearly every year of his career, which spans more than a decade.
Jonathan is a licensed Broker in the Commonwealth of Virginia and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Virginia Commonwealth University’s Kornblau Real Estate Program, and The Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE).
