With a unique combination of an architecture degree and finance experience, Jonathan Dadourian is equipped with all the tools necessary to be successful in commercial real estate. Mr. Dadourian joined the firm in 2009, proving himself a valuable addition to the already successful David C. Lachoff, David Ghermezian, and Kevin Lachoff team. He has worked on a variety of retail and office lease transactions, quickly building loyal relationships with brokers, land owners and business owners in Los Angeles County. He specializes in the Westside submarket, and has swiftly attained a strong grasp of all the elements needed to complete a successful lease transaction.
