Jonathan De La Rosa is a Senior Managing Director in the Miami Office of Marcus & Millichap. One of the nation’s leading commercial real estate executives, Jonathan joined the firm in 2013 and leads a high-performing team of eight agents specializing in the marketing and sale of multi-tenant and single-tenant retail, industrial, and land assets.
Jonathan is highly experienced in structuring complex transactions, including 1031 exchanges, owner financing, portfolio sales, redevelopment assemblages, and off-market opportunities. His advisory approach is rooted in deep market knowledge, zoning and entitlement expertise, and a strong understanding of capital markets—allowing him to help clients maximize value and navigate sophisticated deal structures.
Throughout his career, Jonathan has facilitated hundreds of transactions across Florida, representing total transaction value well in excess of nine figures. His extensive network of local, national, and international buyers consistently enables him to maximize value on exclusive assignments while executing transactions across multiple asset classes.
From 2015 through 2025, Jonathan has been a consistent recipient of the firm’s Sales Recognition Awards. He achieved Marcus & Millichap’s prestigious National Achievement Award in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, and was inducted into the firm’s elite SIA (Senior Investment Advisor) designation in 2021. Early in his career, Jonathan earned Rookie of the Year and Pace Setter honors in 2014.
In addition to his production achievements, Jonathan is a recognized leader and mentor within the firm.
