Jonathan Epstein has been in the Commercial Real Estate field for over 20 years, under the mentorship of his father, Jeff A. Epstein, and his father's partner, William M. Berger, at Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc. Jonathan takes an incredible amount of pride, being a 4th-generation real estate professional in the Lehigh Valley. Jonathan is responsible for over $40 million of commercial real estate leasing and sale transactions in sectors including retail, office, industrial, flex/office, multi and single-tenant. Jonathan has been invited to share his commercial real estate expertise by the Community Action Committee of the Lehigh Valley (CACLV), Dickinson College, the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the Association of Builders and Contractors, the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, Lehigh Valley Business and Lehigh University.
